Moravian House I

Moravian House I is a central focus of our welcoming community offering quality, affordable value and a vibrant lifestyle to those 62 years and older. Moravian House I is a 14-story high-rise apartment building. Comfortable, one-bedroom apartments feature plenty of natural light, nice amenities and all the conveniences of home. Of the 160 apartments, we can accommodate a mix of moderate and low-income rental applications according to established tenant requirements. For the 60 affordable market-rate apartments, you’ll find wait times to be surprisingly reasonable. Moravian House I is entirely handicap-accessible with several dedicated handicap-accessible apartments.  Moravian House II

In a well-maintained, nine-story apartment building, rentals at Moravian House II are fully subsidized by HUD under Section 8 and Section 202 of the Federal Housing Act. Moravian House II features 105 apartments and offers low-income and disabled adults 62 years of age and/or permanently disabled by Social Security (who need the features of a handicapped unit) the opportunity to access subsidized apartment living similar to that of Moravian House I. Moravian House III

At Moravian House III, adults 55 years and older will find comfortable, one-bedroom apartments and a modern and contemporary lifestyle. Kitchens have a popular pass-through feature giving apartments an open layout ambience. A more intimately sized building of 50 apartments, each floor in Moravian House III includes a lovely solarium gathering room overlooking Monocacy Creek that’s perfect for entertaining friends and family. Ideal for those of moderate income, Moravian House III offers a quality of 55+ lifestyle that you may not be able to afford elsewhere.
